We read the label before we read the marketing. Here's how WellnessPost365 works, who's behind it, and how we make money.
WellnessPost365 is an independent editorial covering nutrition, fitness, women's health, and honest product reviews. We started with a simple frustration: most supplement reviews online are written by people who never opened the bottle, checking a sales page and rewording it into something that looks like journalism.
We do the opposite. Before we publish a verdict on any product, someone on our desk has read the actual ingredient panel, checked the claims against published research, gone through the checkout process, and tested the refund policy against what's actually printed in the terms. If a claim doesn't hold up, we say so, even when that costs us a commission.
Every product review on this site follows the same process, regardless of the category. Here's exactly what that looks like.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is how the site stays free to read and independently run.
That commission never determines our verdict. We've recommended against products in this category when the formula didn't hold up, and we'll continue to. If a review reads positively, it's because the product earned it, not because of the commission attached to it.
Sarah leads our editorial coverage of nutrition, women's health, and metabolic wellness topics, with a background in nutritional science and a focus on separating what's genuinely evidence-based from what's simply well-marketed.
Our Review Desk handles the hands-on work behind every product review: reading labels, testing checkout flows, verifying refund policies, and checking ingredient claims against published research before any verdict goes to print.
We revisit reviews when a formula, pricing, or guarantee changes, and we update the "last modified" date whenever we do. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, we want to know. See our contact page for how to reach us.

We're always looking into new formulas readers are asking about. Get in touch and tell us what you'd like us to dig into.
